Stacey’s Cleaning Service has been providing post-construction cleaning for general contractors, builders, and developers across Southern California since 1994. From rough cleans to final detail work, we handle every phase of construction cleanup so your project is ready for inspection, turnover, or occupancy on schedule.
We work directly with general contractors on projects ranging from single-unit residential builds to large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments. Our crews are trained in phased construction cleaning, understand jobsite protocols, and carry full insurance coverage. We are MBE, WBE, and SBE certified with an active California Contractor’s License (CSL# 882789) and OSHA 30-Hour trained supervision on every project.
Our Post-Construction Cleaning Services
Rough Clean / Construction Phase Cleaning
During active construction, debris accumulates fast. Our rough clean crews remove bulk debris, sweep and shovel floors, and clear trash from work areas so your trades can move through the site safely and efficiently. We coordinate with your site superintendent to stay ahead of the schedule without disrupting active trades.
Final Clean / Punch List Ready
Countertops, cabinets, and fixtures are wiped down and polished. Restrooms and kitchens are deep cleaned and sanitized. Sticker and label removal from windows, appliances, and fixtures. Touch-up cleaning on baseboards, window sills, and thresholds.
Specialty Cleaning
Some projects require additional services beyond standard rough and final cleans. We provide pressure washing of exterior concrete, walkways, and building facades. Floor care including strip, seal, wax, and burnishing for VCT, concrete, and hard surface flooring. Window cleaning for multi-story buildings using water-fed pole systems. Carpet extraction cleaning for newly installed carpet with construction dust contamination. Electrostatic disinfection for medical facilities, schools, and occupied spaces adjacent to construction zones.
