How many people will come to clean my property?
The standard number of each team is 2 members, but depending on the type of service and the level, the number can vary.
Do I have to be present for the cleaning?
That is entirely up to you! If you wish to stick around otherwise, you can trust our staff with your belongings; your presence is not necessary.
Where do you provide cleaning services?
We provide services throughout California and surrounding areas.
How do we make payment upon completion of a cleaning?
Our invoices will be emailed to you and we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and checks.
How long will it take to clean my property?
This is variable based on the condition and size of your property and level of cleaning services will provide.
Am I required to enter my payment information?
After you’ve decided to hire DECS for your cleaning needs, we will obtain payment information upon your first booking.
Who will be responsible for the keys to our property?
Keys are only entrusted to management and our cleaning staff. We strictly prohibit the sharing of keys at any time and for any reason.
