How We Are Set Up for Field Work

• Deionized water capacity. Purified water and soft brushes only — no chemicals, no pressure washing, no walking on modules. Pure water dries spot-free, so there is no mineral deposit left on the glass to block light after we leave.
• Water logistics planned into the bid. Most plants have no usable water on site. We identify the source, the haul distance, and the volume required, and we state it as its own line rather than burying it.
• Mobilization stated separately. Crew travel, equipment transport, water staging, and site orientation are priced as their own line item, and they do not repeat on a second visit — which is why an annual multi-clean agreement prices better than one-off mobilizations.
• Trackers. We do not work an unstowed tracker row. Rows must be stowed and locked out by site personnel and confirmed before our crew enters the field.
• Bifacial modules. Rear-face cleaning is a separate scope and a separate price. We will never let it be assumed into a front-face number.
• Remote-site protocols. Two-person minimum, check-in procedure where there is no cell coverage, heat illness prevention, and a site-specific job hazard analysis before each mobilization.

What You Receive After Each Clean

• Module count cleaned, by block or row, with any sections not cleaned and the reason
• Before-and-after photographs from matched positions
• A written condition report — cracked or shattered glass, delamination, discoloration, hot-spot evidence, corroded grounding hardware, loose clamps, damaged or rodent-chewed wiring, animal nesting, and vegetation shading the lower row
• Source and output water TDS readings, gallons used, crew, and time on site
• Production comparison where monitoring access is provided

We clean and we report. We do not remove or replace modules, adjust racking, or perform any electrical work — anything we find goes to you in writing, with photographs, the same day.

Where We Work

Kern County and northern Los Angeles County, including the solar corridors around Rosamond, Mojave, California City, Tehachapi, Lancaster, and Palmdale, and throughout the Antelope Valley. We will travel beyond that radius for a plant that justifies the mobilization.
