HOA and Community Solar Panel Cleaning

In a lot of Antelope Valley subdivisions built in the last fifteen years, most of the homes have solar. Every one of those arrays is losing production to the same dust, the same pollen, and the same dry season — and almost none of them have ever been cleaned.

We set up scheduled community cleaning days for HOAs, property management companies, and homeowner groups. The board does not have to mandate anything or spend a dollar. We simply come to the neighborhood on set dates, and residents who want the service get a community rate they could not get on their own.

The single biggest cost in residential solar cleaning is not the washing — it is the driving and setting up. When we clean one house and drive across town to the next, that travel is in the price. When we clean fifteen houses on four streets in one morning, it is not.

How We Set It Up

A conversation with the board or management company. No contract required from the HOA itself unless you want one.
We look at the community — how many homes have arrays, one story or two, roof types, and access.
We set community pricing and a service day, usually timed to right after pollen season or right before the rains.
You announce it — we will supply a one-page flyer and a short newsletter or email blurb you can send as-is. It explains what soiling costs and what proper cleaning is, so residents can make an informed decision.
Residents book directly with us. No money moves through the HOA, and the association takes on nothing.
We work the community on the scheduled days and repeat on the agreed interval.

Common Area Arrays

If the association owns arrays on a clubhouse, a maintenance building, a pool house, or covered parking, we will quote those separately as commercial work — see commercial solar panel cleaning. We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we can name the association and the management company as additional insured.
